Was mit Test- und bezahlten Organisationen passiert, wenn Sie gehen.

Close the account from Profile. This is for your user, not a single Organisation.

Last Owner

You cannot close the account if you are the last Owner of an Organisation that still has other members. On Subscription, transfer ownership to a member who has already joined, or remove the others first.

Trial

If you are still on the trial (no paid Organisations):

  • Organisations you solely own are deleted
  • The account is closed permanently
  • The same email cannot start another trial
  • You cannot sign in again

Paid

If any owned Organisation is on a paid plan:

  • Those subscriptions cancel at the end of the current period
  • You keep access until that date
  • The account then closes

Data is removed after that date.

Email

The email stays reserved so it cannot open a new trial. Contact privacy@arcadegeek.co.uk if you need erasure and you are not blocking other members as last Owner.
