Close your account

Close the account from Profile. This is for your user, not a single Organisation.

Last Owner

You cannot close the account if you are the last Owner of an Organisation that still has other members. Profile shows an error and the account stays open. On Subscription, transfer ownership to a member who has already joined, or remove the others first.

Trial

If you are still on the trial (no paid Organisations):

• Organisations you solely own are deleted
• The account is closed permanently
• The same email cannot start another trial
• You cannot sign in again

Paid

If any owned Organisation is on a paid plan:

• Those subscriptions cancel at the end of the current period
• You keep access until that date
• The account then closes

Data is removed after that date.

Email

The email stays reserved so it cannot open a new trial. Contact privacy@arcadegeek.co.uk if you need erasure and you are not blocking other members as last Owner.

Connected accounts

When the account closes (immediately on a trial close, or after the paid period ends), WhoTookWhat disconnects Google, Microsoft, and Apple logins and revokes Google and Apple access when it still has a token. Microsoft does not let us revoke the grant with the permissions we request, so WhoTookWhat may still appear under your Microsoft apps until you remove it at account.microsoft.com/privacy/app-access. Those logins can then be connected to another account. The reserved email still cannot start a new trial.
