Inventory
Consumable stock, balances, and add or consume movements.
Inventory items are consumable stock (batteries, PPE, parts), not tagged assets.
Open Inventory. Each item has balances per site and location.
Movements
Record add, consume, or transfer with a quantity, optional site and location, and notes. Transfer also needs the source site. The mobile app can do all three.
You need Manage inventory.
Low stock
Set an alert level on the item. Low stock lists items at or below that level. Alerts can email.
The trial allows 2 inventory items. Paid plans are for serious stock counts; tagged equipment still lives under Assets.
