Trial
One 30-day trial per person (email). It starts when you create your first Organisation. No credit card.
Trial caps include 250 live assets and 2 users, plus limits on sites, categories, photos, documents, and inventory items. You can create as many Organisations as you like in those 30 days. They share that clock.
There is no permanent free plan.
After the trial
Each Organisation you created becomes view-only until you subscribe that Organisation. Paying for one does not unlock the others.
You can still be invited to other Organisations. Those follow their owner’s plan.
Paid plans
Same features on every paid plan. You pay for live assets, not seats. Users are unlimited.
Plans: Basic (500), Core (2,500, most popular), Advanced (10,000), Pro (50,000), Enterprise (250,000). Monthly or yearly. Yearly is 1 month free.
