Reservas

Reservations hold an asset for a start and end time.

Open Reservations for a calendar of upcoming holds, or reserve from the asset.

Create or change

Set the start and end, optional person, department, site, location, and notes. Reminder lead times are set on Alerts.

Check out from a reservation

When the window arrives, check out from reservation copies the assignment onto a checkout. You can also cancel (delete) a hold if plans change.

Calendar and email

The reservations page is the calendar. Reservation reminder emails use the alert settings (first and second lead days).
