An audit is a physical count: expected tags versus what you find.
Start
Owners, managers, and staff with Manage audits create an audit (often for a site). The audit builds expected lines (tags).
Walk
Open the audit and mark tags found as you scan or type them. Unknown tags are rejected. The mobile app can start a walk (name, optional site), mark finds, and complete the audit.
Finish
When you complete the audit, use Audit reconciliation under Reports: expected, found, and missing.
You can hide completed audits on the list.
