Billing

Billing in the user menu is an owner-only index. It lists Organisations you own, not every Organisation you belong to.

Open it from the profile menu. Staff do not see the item.

What you see

• If you have started closing a paid account, the date access stops
• Each owned Organisation: name, plan, billing interval and asset allowance when subscribed, and status (trial with the end date, active with the next renewal date, past due, view-only, or cancelling)

The list says to click an Organisation. Each row also has Open Subscription, which goes to that Organisation’s Subscription page.

Where you pay

You subscribe and change cards on Subscription (per Organisation). Billing is only the map of what you own.
